L'AMAP, c'est un moyen pour toi de commander des produits biologiques, de saison et de qualité, en ayant pour seul intermédiaire l'association ENvertS. Nous ne faisons bien sûr aucun profit dessus, et l'argent est directement versé aux paysan·nes avec lesquel·les nous sommes en contact (plus d'informations sur ell·eux sur cette page).
Les distributions des produits s'effectuent tous les mardis soirs, et est assurée par les amapien·nes. C'est un moment convivial où tu peux même discuter avec certains producteur·ices resté·es pendant la distribution.
L'AMAP est aussi ouverte au personnel de l'école. La procédure est la même que pour les étudiant·es. Le fonctionnement plus précis de l'AMAP est indiqué sur cette page.
Pour des raisons logistiques et pour sécuriser les revenus des paysan·nes, les commandes de l'AMAP sont normalement semestrielles. Fort heureusement, nous organisons au début de l'année scolaire trois distributions dites «d'essai», les 13, 20 et 27 septembre. Pour ces distributions, tu peux commander jusqu'à quelques jours avant la distribution et payer en liquide le jour de la distribution. Ensuite, la première distribution de l'AMAP semestrielle devrait avoir lieu le 4 octobre.
Pour commander, remplis le formulaire de commande qui sera communiqué par mail, sur cette page web et via nos réseaux sociaux. Informations importantes :
Un e-mail te sera ensuite envoyé pour te rappeler le montant de ta commande.
Quelles quantités de fruits et légumes commander ? Voici des exemples de paniers :
Les demi-paniers représentent la moitié du poids des paniers entiers. La quantité par panier peut varier au cours des semaines, en fonction de la production, mais la valeur moyenne des paniers est bien de 10€ (voire en réalité 11€ pour les légumes).
Les distributions auront lieu le mardi de 17h15 à 18h45, à Descartes dans le hall du bâtiment A de la résidence Bonnamour (à côté de la festive) et à Monod au parking situé au sous-sol du bâtiment de cours (fais comme si tu allais au foyer puis suis les flèches AMAP).
Aucun emballage n'est fourni, sauf pour les pâtisseries et les œufs, nous te conseillons donc vivement de ramener un sac de courses (et éventuellement un sac en tissu pour le pain). N'oublie pas non plus ta monnaie et n'hésite surtout pas à faire l'appoint car nous n'avons pas beaucoup de monnaie !
Rends-toi d'abord au stand d'accueil où on te rappellera ce que tu as commandé et où tu pourras effectuer le paiement en espèces, et éventuellement adhérer à notre asso également.
Tu peux choisir d'arrondir le montant de ta commande afin d'en faire don à la Caisse de Solidarité de l'Amap (CSA). Il s'agit d'un fond alimenté principalement par les dons, offrant une aide à l'achat des paniers de l'AMAP aux personnes en situation de précarité financière, afin qu'ell·eux puissent aussi profiter des produits écologiques et de qualité offerts par l'AMAP. Si tu penses que tu pourrais avoir besoin d'aide pour payer tes paniers semestriels, n'hésite pas à écrire une demande sur le formulaire de demande. Les demandes sont ensuite anonymisées, puis évaluées par une commission d'amapien·nes volontaires.
Tu peux faire un don à n'importe quel moment en utilisant le formulaire de don, on en contactant un·e membre du bureau (læ trésorier·e par exemple).
Pendant ces distributions d'essai, il te sera aussi possible d'adhérer à l'association pour l'année scolaire. Cette adhésion est obligatoire pour pouvoir bénéficier de l'AMAP semestrielle. Tu peux aussi adhérer en ligne via la Fédération des Associations ou lors de nos perms adhésions entre-midi. Le montant de l'adhésion est fixé à 4€ pour les personnes salariées, 2€ pour les étudiant·es sans salaire et 0€ pour les CPES.
Ensuite, rends-toi à chaque stand et clame ton nom afin de récupérer tes différents produits. Il ne te reste alors plus qu'à rentrer chez toi afin de réfléchir aux super recettes que tu vas pouvoir réaliser avec ton AMAP et déguster de délicieux produits bio et locaux ! Si ton AMAP t'a plu, n'oublie pas de remplir le formulaire pour la distribution suivante !

"AMAP" is an acronym referring to associations that connects local farmers with people willing to consume local, organic, seasonal and ethical food. Our association is the only intermediate between the farmers and the consumers: we pass the orders and payments and organize the distributions but do not make any profit from the AMAP. Distributions are every Tuesday evening and held by the members of the AMAP. They are always friendly moments when people get to chat together - you can even meet the farmers when they are present. Every person at the ENS de Lyon - students, staff and researchers - is welcome to subscribe to our association and join the AMAP ! The same procedure apply to everybody whishing to join - find more information about it on this page.
AMAP orders are usually semestrial and distributions for the 1rst semester should start on October 4th. In order for you to give the AMAP a try and see if the concept suits you, we organize 3 test distributions on September 13th, 20th and 27th. You will have the possibility to order up to a few days before the distribution, and pay in cash when you pick up your order, without any engagement. The only requirement is that you come to retrieve and pay for your order, of course.
For each distribution, we will communicate an order form via email, on this webpage and through our social media (Facebook, Instagram). When filling the form, keeping in mind that :
A few days before the distribution, you will receive a reminder email indicating the total price of your order, so that you can get some cash ahead.
How much fruit and vegetables in a basket? Here are some examples :
Half-baskets contains half the weigth of a full basket. How much is in one basket depends on the production, but the average value of the baskets is indeed €10 (even €11 for vegetables baskets)
They will be on Tuesday from 5:15 to 6:45 pm on two sites: on the Descartes campus in the hall of building A of the Bonnamour residence (next to the gym) and on the Monod campus, in the parking lot located in the -1 floor of the teaching area (MGN1/MGN2 - you will find arrows indicating the way).
No packaging is provided except for pastries and eggs, we therefore recommend you bring a shopping bag (maybe also a tissue bag for your bread). Do not forget to bring cash, it is better if have change since we don't a lot of it.
When you arrive at the distribution, go to the reception table where you will be reminded of what you ordered and will pay. You will also have the possibility to subscribe to ENvertS.
You can choose to round up the price of your basket to make a donation to The AMAP Solidarity Fund - abbreviated CSA. This fund, which relies mainly on donations, offers financial support for precarious people whishing to order the AMAP. Our aim is to make local, organic and high quality food available to everybody in the school. If you think you could need financial support to order the semestrial AMAP, do not hesitate to fill this form. Applications are anonymously evaluated by a committee of volunteers.
You can also make a donation anytime you want using this form, or by contacting any member of our association (the treasurer for example).
You can pay your annual subscription to our association when you pay for your order. This subscription is mandatory if you want to order the semestrial AMAP. The price is 4€ for paid students, staff and researchers, 2€ for unpaid students and 0€ for CPES students.
After you paid your order, go to every stand and give your name to the person managing it to retrieve your products. Then you can go home and enjoy cooking your AMAP :) If you liked it, do not forget to fill the order form for the next distribution !
